DESCRIPTION

Supervise the technical records specialist for work pack issuance and closure and ensure all work pack are iaw to the latest revision of the manual.Supervise the CRO / MRO planner in the CRO / MRO project execution.Be assigned as the MRO / CRO / new helicopter delivery planner role for some projects.Responsible for the timely delivery of new helicopter delivery by close co-ordination with Contracts and RSM on delivery date and deliverables.Co-ordinate with assigned CSE for the new helicopter acceptance.Responsible for coordinating with Buyer, Quality, Engineering, Planning, Finance and Logistics Department to ensure necessary tools, equipment and spare parts are ordered and made available during lifecycle of the project.The APM must conduct Review Meetings with the Purchaser to provide a status of all supplies and services to be delivered under the SOW and Agreement.Fulfill the compliance requirements according to company policy.Liaise with MRO to provide CAF findings and costing to ASM / Customer.Supervise the CRO / MRO planner to liaise with CRO shop to provide detail teardown report and final costing to ASM / CSS / Customer.Track and communicate status updates to the relevant department to ensure project timeline is met.Coordinate with different holders internally and externally to fulfill the contract obligation in a timely manner.Liaise with customers to define SOW and ensure that their requirements are met per scope of work.Update relevant departments on the various phases of the project and identify any delays that may affect schedule of project.Organize and attend regular review meetings with different functional teams to update contract progress/status.Identify risks and issues during contract execution period through regular meeting.Coordinate and manage customers' requests such as on-job trainings, technical support, equipment procurement, etc. based on contract conditions and obligations.Liaise with MRO / CRO to determine labor cost estimates and report the man hours and cost of the project by updating Accounts Department.Analyze project data to identify trends & deficiencies and to implement improvements to standard procedures. Maintain relevant report and follow up records properly.Track relevant KPI for MRO / CRO work from start to end. Interface with Planning and MRO manager and develop dashboard for KPIs.Cost monitor to be in line with contract budget. Work closely with finance team.Regular visit customer to maintain a good relationship.Achieve milestone sales according to contract division.Other commercial operations based on contract and customer demands.Complete other various tasks/projects as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • CAAS/FAA or EASA License or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • At least 7 years of experience in Aerospace Industry (MRO) and must have worked in a Planning or Tech Records Dept before
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, MS Project, ERP - SAP / RAMCO and CRM (Customer Relation Management)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills in both written and verbal
  • Experience with developing SOWs and cost estimates
  • Analytical skills and resourceful with high degree of professional integrity
  • Self Motivated, detail and customer oriented
  • Prior experience as a LAE, Planning and Tech Records in a Part 145 Org
